Application form for the Model Course by the Sakai Volunteer Tourism Association

If you would like to be provided with a guide for the Model course, please read the following notes. Then, fill out and submit the application form.

Please complete your application at least 2 weeks before your desired date for the tour.
One guide is provided to guide between one and 10 people.
The fee for one guide is ￥2,500 for 3 hours, and ￥3,500 for over 3 hours.
Once your application is accepted, we will contact you to inform you about the meeting place and time, etc..
